Bruce Boucher is the President of Roos Advisors. He joined the team in 2018 and is responsible for the day to day sales, marketing and operations of our team advisory services. Our certified professionals use experiential evaluation and learning to help your team work more effectively by developing the core fundamentals of trust, conflict resolution, commitment, accountability, and results driven goal setting.  

He facilitates seminars and training on diversity,  effective communication, management and leadership training in the workplace. He is also a DiSC certified workplace facilitator. 

He is an active HR consultant and an Executive Coach. He is also the Director of the Masters of Human Resources Executive program for Utah State University and is an instructor in the graduate and undergraduate programs.  He was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Extra Space Storage, the second largest self-storage operator in the US.  He directed the recruitment, hiring, and HR administration for 14 plus years as Extra Space grew from a privately held company with 150 employees and 38 properties to a publicly-traded company with over 3000 employees and 1100 properties.  

For three years, he served as the President of the Puerto Rico San Juan Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints overseeing the Church’s efforts on Puerto Rico and 6 Caribbean islands. 

Bruce and his wife, Becky, reside in Salt Lake City, Utah and are the parents of four children and the grandparents of 4 exceptional grandchildren.
