I have been using Western States Insurance on and off for the better part of 25 years. You are not just made to feel welcome but as a friend and NOT a number. Used to have the best swag ! I miss the little calendar notebooks. But in a world full of sniveling, whining professional victims ? It isn't even a footnote. All the way from Julie to Christy and the other kind ladies I've felt with ? Well, my day is always a little brighter when I've conducted business with them. It's always a pleasure when paying my bill. They ALL deserve raises ! Unless it means rates go up.😁😂🤣😅🎄 Merry Christmas to All of you at Western States Insurance. Western States Insurance has been excellent to work with. I spent several months looking into a number of insurance options before I selected Western States. They have always been there when I have had a question and have been quick to resolve any issues.

I've worked with Western States for insurance needs nearly my entire adult life and I remember my parents had Western States Insurance when I was a kid. It's so nice to actually speak with someone in person or on the phone when I need assistance. They are always prompt, they always follow up to make sure my needs are met. They even call out of the blue when they notice they could lower costs. I can't imagine I'll ever go anywhere except Western States Insurance.
